microRNA (miRNA) Sequencing
APPLICATIONS
- Identification of miRNA biomarkers for diagnosis and prognosis of diseases.
- Characterization of miRNA-based therapeutic targets.
- Investigating the mechanisms drug respins or resistance.
- Study of miRNA-mediated gene regulation in different biological systems.
OVERVIEW
microRNAs (miRNAs) are small, non-coding RNA molecules that play important roles in regulating gene expression at the post-transcriptional level. miRNA sequencing allows researchers to measure the abundance of miRNAs in a sample and to compare the miRNA expression levels between different samples.
